UCAS stands for University and College Admissions Services.Just like Parcoursup in France, UCAS centralizes all applications issued by British or foreign students wishing to enter a full-time undergraduate program in the UK. On average, nearly 700,000  students register on the UCAS platform to apply to one or more English universities.What are the advantages of the UCAS platform?Visit UCAS portal has been designed to making it easier for students to get started wishing to apply to one or more British universities.   • A wide choice of universities: Nearly 384 institutions and universities are listed on the portail UCAS : 5 in Northern Ireland, 17 in Wales, 20 in Scotland and 342 in England.

 Apply easily to top universities! Via the UCAS procedure, you can submit a maximum of 5 wishes (4 for medical, dental or veterinary studies).

  • A single UCAS application: All you need to do is fill in a single application form for your studies in England or elsewhere in the UK, which will then be sent directly – via UCAS – to the selected universities.
  • Reduced registration fees: This makes application procedures much easier and much less costly than if you had to apply independently to each establishment. In fact, through the UCAS portal, you’ll have to pay around 30 euros for five  wishes.
  • File follow-up : Once you have submitted your application, you can follow the progress of your application. UCAS file by logging on to your personal space on the UCAS website.
